"Jess Burnett @ John Stephens State Farm was an absolute joy to work with! Our family has had homeowner's with State Farm forever but switched auto coverage to other companies many years ago due to my husband's military background. After covering 4 boys and surviving, later we considered switching and bundling both. Jess answered that initial inquiry call last fall and even though it wasn't advantageous for us to switch then, she kept in touch. She was patient and dedicated to finding the perfect solution and product for our family. We were able to finally bundle & switch just like it says on the commercial. And no Jon Bon Jovi did not influence me (wink, wink) but well played State Farm, it caught my attention.... I'm forever an 80s girl!!
