"Jess took my call, contacted Safelite about my cracked windshield, within 30 minutes Safelite called me and 1 hour later I was in their garage getting it fixed. Out the door in 45 minutes. Such a smooth transaction, much better than trying to make a claim online or talking with someone who you can't understand."

We are just a quick phone call away. No hold times or "Press 1 for English" or anything like that! You need help? You call, we answer after a ring or two and we help you. Sounds simple but it's amazing how rare that is these days! Obviously we offer the ability to do things online at your own pace, but if you're like me, I like the option to walk-in or call-in for assistance as well! "

"Carol O’Neill of John Stephens’ State Farm office and I reviewed our car, home and umbrella insurance coverage today. Carol was very knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me through the details of our policies, making sure we have adequate coverage. Carol also recommended a couple of additional coverages that made sense for our situation. She answered all my questions and if she was unsure of an answer she looked it up.
