"Jess took my call, contacted Safelite about my cracked windshield, within 30 minutes Safelite called me and 1 hour later I was in their garage getting it fixed. Out the door in 45 minutes. Such a smooth transaction, much better than trying to make a claim online or talking with someone who you can't understand."

That's one of the best things when it comes to doing business with State Farm, and my office in particular - you can choose to do business with us however you prefer! We are just a quick phone call away. No hold times or "Press 1 for English" or anything like that! You need help? You call, we answer after a ring or two and we help you. Sounds simple but it's amazing how rare that is these days! Obviously we offer the ability to do things online at your own pace, but if you're like me, I like the option to walk-in or call-in for assistance as well! "
